The Board of Directors of The Union announces the resignation of Dr Enis Barış as President of The Union. The Board of Directors elected Dr S. Bertel Squire of the Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine as the new President effective August 7.

Spanish version of the IJTLD: Volume 2 now available
The second volume of the IJTLD in Spanish is now available in PDF format. Selected articles from the IJTLD are periodically translated into Spanish and published in a Spanish version of the Journal, with the aid of a grant from the US Centers for Disease Visit the IJTLD - non-English versions page.
